Refund/Reschedule Policy

All PDSA Soccer locations use the following Refund/Reschedule Policy, which is applicable on all our training programs and training sessions:

Refund
PDSA Soccer does not offer any refunds for paid fees for training program registration (Skills Academy, Camps, PDSA Elite), unless we are able to fill the spot with somebody from the waiting list.

We work with strict maximum numbers per training session/program. A player registering makes it not possible for another player to participate.  Some players may sign up for the waiting list, but others will not and find another program to do.

PDSA Soccer does not offer any refunds for Private Training sessions.

Reschedule
PDSA Soccer does not offer the option to reschedule any of our group training sessions (Skills Academy, Camps, PDSA Elite). As we work with strict maximum numbers per group we cannot allow players to switch between groups for individual sessions.

Private training sessions (both individual and small group) can be rescheduled if the session is planned for more than 48 hours from the moment we received the reschedule request. In case of a small group the entire group has to reschedule, individual players from a small group cannot reschedule just their session for a later time. Please be aware that booked sessions are valid for 365 days from the first session completed for that booking.
