Ryan Grant

I have been coaching youth soccer for the past 10 years and have a passion for player development, particularly in the U8–U12 age groups. I enjoy working with young athletes during these critical developmental years, focusing on technical skill development, creativity, decision-making, and building confidence both on and off the field. My coaching philosophy centers on creating a positive learning environment where players can grow, challenge themselves, and develop a lifelong love for the game. I spent my last six years coaching with Club Ohio Dayton, helping players advance their skills and reach their potential.
As a player, I competed for four years at Wilmington College after earning All-State honors at Wayne High School. I also played club soccer for Team Dayton, where I was part of three Ohio State Cup Championship teams. My playing experience, combined with a decade of coaching, allows me to bring both technical knowledge and real-world experience to every training session and match.
